RH Recruiting Limited in Barnsley is seeking an experienced Production Foreman to lead its manufacturing team on a four-day week, with a 7:00am–5:30pm shift. The role is full-time and permanent, offering £40,000-£50,000 DOE and a supportive, safety-focused culture.
You will supervise daily production operations, drive continuous improvement, monitor KPIs, and develop staff while coordinating with maintenance to minimise downtime. Experience in metals manufacturing is preferred.
