Monk Bretton, Barnsley;
Salary: £34,500 per annum;
Shift Pattern:
Rotating

Shifts:

6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm.

The Best Connection are recruiting for a Team Leader / Supervisor on behalf of our client in Monk Bretton.

This is a temp to perm opportunity with a well-established food manufacturer producing a range of food fillings, spreads, coatings and ingredients supplied to the food industry.

• Supervising a production team across both shifts
• Ensuring production targets and quality standards are met
• Monitoring food safety, hygiene and H&S procedures
• Supporting and developing team members
• Completing production paperwork and shift handovers
• Assisting with day-to-day running of the department

• Previous Team Leader or Supervisory experience
• Experience with in food production or manufacturing
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work rotating shifts
