Production Operative

Whether you have previous manufacturing experience or simply enjoy practical, hands-on work, we'd love to hear from you. Experience using hand or power tools is advantageous, and a qualification in Engineering, Mechanics, Carpentry, or a similar practical discipline would be beneficial, although it is not essential. Responsibilities:
Working as part of the production team, you will be involved in the assembly, preparation, finishing, and inspection of high-quality products. Duties will include:
Assisting with the assembly and finishing of moulded components to high quality standards. Preparing mouldings in line with production schedules. Supporting the preparation and bonding of products. Carrying out cutting, grinding, and finishing processes. Producing sub-assemblies as required. The ideal applicant will have: A practical, hands-on approach with good mechanical aptitude. Previous experience using hand tools or power tools would be advantageous.

A qualification in Engineering, Mechanics, Carpentry, or a related subject would be beneficial but is not essential. Manufacturing, assembly, production, engineering, or workshop experience is desirable but not essential. A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn. Good attention to detail and pride in producing quality work. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong communication skills and a good work ethic.
