The Sterling Choice is recruiting a Night Shift Manager for a major food manufacturer in South Yorkshire. You will be the most senior operational leader on site during the night shift, overseeing up to 10 production lines and a team of up to 50 people, with one Team Manager reporting directly into you.
This role focuses on delivering production despite changing plans, balancing labour and customer priorities while maintaining quality and safety.
