We are looking to hire an experienced pastry chef to aid in the supervision of a team of 35 chefs. You need to have minimum 7-8 years experience working in a pastry production unit and additional supervision and management experience. You will be making:
Patisserie - cakes, tarts, slices, shortbread, amaretti, cookies. Viennoiserie - croissants, pain au chocolat, pain auraisin. Deli products - grissini sticks, savoury crisps and crackers. Job details: £48, salary Daytime hours 45 hours a week You will be working hands on in the production, while aiding with the supervision of a team of 35 chefs. You have to have production bread baking experience to qualify We would very much like to hear from you.
