Position: Experienced Joiner / Manufacturing / Production Operative
Were looking for an experienced Construction / Joinery professional to join our growing team at Nest Home Additions in Dodworth. Based near Dodworth Monday Friday, 8:30am5:00pm Competitive Salary We are seeking a motivated, hardworking and reliable individual with experience in construction and/or joinery to join our production team. Youll play a key role in the manufacture and assembly of our premium modular garden buildings at our Dodworth production facility.

Key Responsibilities Manufacturing and assembling modular buildings Joinery and general construction work Preparing buildings for dispatch and installation Maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail Working closely with the wider production team Proactively solving production challenges Helping ensure our production schedule is delivered on time Requirements Previous construction and/or joinery experience is required Confident and competent using power tools Good practical and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail Reliable, motivated and hardworking Able to work effectively as part of a team Good communication and organisational skills Full UK driving licence As Nest continues to grow, there will be excellent opportunities for the right person to develop, progress and make a real impact within the business.
