Centrepoint, the UK’s leading youth homelessness charity, is seeking a Floating Support & Progression Officer to join the Highfield Terrace Team based in Barnsley. You’ll build strong relationships with young people, act as their keyworker, and support progression toward independent living.
You’ll develop personalised support plans, help access education and employment, and collaborate with partners to ensure safe accommodation. A rota including weekends is expected.
