Nursing Home Manager

Home Manager – Nursing Home
Barnsley - £55,000-£60,0000

Looking for a home where you can build on what’s working?

Taking on a new home doesn’t have to mean starting from scratch.

Here, you’ll be joining a nursing home with long-serving staff, a strong team culture and a Good CQC rating. There’s a solid foundation to work from, giving you the chance to get to know the home and move it forward.

The team is one of the biggest reasons to consider this role.

You’ll have people around you who know the residents, understand their routines and have built relationships with their families over time. That continuity matters when you’re settling into a new role and means you can learn from the people who know the home best.

Your job will be to build on those strengths, support the team and bring your own ideas about how things could be even better.

What makes this worth a conversation?

* Long-serving staff: experience and knowledge of the home to draw on from day one.

* A strong culture: a positive environment to step into and help shape.

* A Good CQC rating: established standards you can build on.

* A solid foundation: the opportunity to spend your energy moving the home forward.

Would this suit you?

* You’ve managed a care home and can talk about the difference you’ve made.

* You take time to understand what works before making changes.

* You’re visible in the home, approachable and consistent with your team.

* You know how to maintain good care while keeping an eye on occupancy and budgets.

* You want a role where you can build relationships, settle in and make a lasting contribution.

You’ll bring your experience. The team will bring theirs. There’s a lot you can build together.

If that sounds like the kind of home you’d like to lead, let’s have a confidential conversation.
