Salary: From £70,000 - £90,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Hours: 4 days per week
Weekends: 1 in 4 rota
OOH: None (on-call only for any overnight inpatients)

The Head Vet will be a key member of the surgerys management team. The practice is seeking an individual with strong clinical expertise, excellent interpersonal skills, and the drive to lead and inspire others.

The successful candidate will bring energy and passion to the role, helping to shape the strategic direction of the practice and empowering the team to consistently deliver gold-standard, evidence-based care.

The practice has a friendly, community-focused team
, currently including 4 RVNs and 2 Veterinary Surgeons
, with a new graduate joining soon. One of the vets has a special interest in exotics, while another is developing advanced imaging skills ensuring a diverse and engaging caseload.
