Flexible working arrangements are available. Full‑time, part‑time and weekend‑only roles are considered. Weekend commitment is approximately 1 in 2 weekends for full‑time vets or 1 in 4 weekends for part‑time vets. Rota is flexible and tailored to suit individual requirements.
Practice FacilitiesThis well‑established hospital has been providing high‑quality veterinary care for over 20 years and offers an exceptional clinical environment with access to advanced diagnostics and specialist services. Facilities include CT, rigid and flexible endoscopy, ultrasound, neurosurgery, orthopaedic surgery, minimally invasive surgery, stem cell therapy and chemotherapy. A dedicated 24‑hour emergency service is supported by a highly experienced multidisciplinary team of Veterinary Surgeons, Registered Veterinary Nurses, Student Veterinary Nurses, Animal Care Assistants and a strong non‑clinical support team.
KeySkills, Qualifications and Requirements
- BVSc or equivalent qualification recognised in the UK
- RCVS registration (or eligibility)
- Passion for delivering outstanding patient care
- Confidence managing routine consultations and surgery (appropriate to experience)
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Enthusiasm for continued learning and professional development
- Interest in developing advanced clinical skills welcomed
