Food Safety Inspectors

Overview

We successfully secured a 3‑year contract to deliver food premises inspections for a Local Authority client in South Yorkshire.

We have 3 inspectors assigned to the project already but we are looking for additional resource to help deliver the year 1 programme of around 800 inspections in total.

It would be ideal if you can commit for the rest of this year (to end of March 27) but we are also happy to consider those who are available for a short spell and can commit to a minimum of 100 inspections.

The work is straightforward: you will visit the premises, complete the full inspection report and establish risk and category rating. The inspections we are allocated will be predominantly low risk, Cat C‑E and new Unrated businesses. On occasion, we may be asked to deliver some Cat B inspections.

• Work is outside IR35 so you can work via a Limited Company if you choose.
• You can also work via an umbrella company.

We pay £40 – £80 per inspection depending on the risk rating.
