Location: THE PIG-in the Cotswolds, Barnsley, GL7 5EE

Salary: UP to £15 per hour (OTE £17.20 per hour inclusive of tronc).

Hours: 40 hour per week, over 5 days, paid overtime

What You'll Be Doing

As a Chef de Partie, you'll take ownership of one of our four kitchen sections, playing a key role in delivering exceptional dishes and supporting the wider brigade.

You'll:

• Run and manage your own section with confidence
• Support and develop junior chefs within the team
• Work across different sections to broaden your experience
• Help maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
• Contribute ideas, creativity and passion to menu development
• Play an active role in mentoring our apprentice chefs

What We're Looking For

We're searching for chefs who bring:

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie
• Strong technical cooking skills
• A genuine passion for seasonal, locally sourced food
• Confidence leading a section
• A positive attitude and team-focused approach
• The desire to learn, develop and inspire others
