The Opportunity

As an Area Sales Manager, you will:

  • Be at the forefront of the business, winning new customers and developing existing accounts
  • Drive sales growth and increase profitability within your area
  • Build strong relationships with a wide range of customers
  • Present, negotiate, and communicate effectively with decision-makers
  • Manage your own customer accounts and diary
  • Progress into a Branch Manager role where you will have full autonomy over sales, P&L, purchasing, logistics, marketing, and team management
Requirements
  • Strong B2B sales experience
  • Experience with in the electrical wholesale sector
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • A proven track record of winning new business and growing accounts
  • Natural leadership qualities and a desire to progress into management
