Vehicle Technician

Aka Recruitment are proud to be working with an exciting client to bring you this Vehicle Technician role based in Barnsley. Working within a busy and clean workshop, you will be joining a forward thinking and established Main Dealership. Working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm with 1 in 3 Saturday mornings paid ary basic is starting at £31k with additional overtime available on top, LCV and Car expertise will both be considered.

• Servicing and repairs on a range of brands
• Removal and refitting of mechanical components
• Ensure all work is carried out to manufacturer standards
• Ensure all equipment and workshop is maintained and cleaned
• Carrying out of inspections on a range of vehicles
• All work that is completed and carried out is within safe working practices
• Carry out Diagnostics and repairs to the highest industry standards

• Qualified at Level 3 (NVQ or City and Guilds)
• Key experience with Diagnostics
• Own tools
• Full Licence with no more than 6 points

• Easy working environment with no pressure
• Excellent Salary Basic
• Full training and support where needed
