Key aspects of the role:

• Carry out electrical repairs, fault finding and installation in tenanted and void properties within Social Housing.
• Ensure works are compliant with up-to-date regulations and safety standards.
• Attend emergency callouts and maintenance requests.
• Liaise with tenants, housing officers and management to ensure operations run smoothly.

What you'll need:

• Level 3 NVQ or equivalent in Electrical Installation
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
• Experience with in social housing or domestic maintenance is highly desirable.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Right to work in the UK
• Pass a DBS check
