Location

Barnsley and/or Doncaster District
- Plan and deliver high‑risk Home Fire Safety Visits and manage single‑agency cases.
- Collaborate with partners to support individuals with complex needs and make safeguarding referrals as required.
- Accurately record case activity, escalating complex cases to the Senior Home Fire Safety Advisor.
- Engage with vulnerable individuals, demonstrating interpersonal skills, professional judgement, empathy and resilience.
- Work with local authorities, health services, voluntary organisations and other agencies to ensure joined‑up interventions.
- Support wider prevention activity, including community engagement events and campaigns.
- Participate in clinical supervision and reflective practice to support wellbeing and professional development.
- Work up to 6 evenings and 10 weekend days per year, scheduled in advance and remunerated under Green Book terms.
The role requires individuals who can work with a high degree of autonomy, manage competing priorities, maintain accurate records, and collaborate within a Prevention team.
