Lotus Home Care Limited is recruiting Adult Support Workers to assist clients in their own homes on a full‑time basis. Training leads to a Level 3 apprenticeship in Adult Care, with mileage reimbursement for travel and ongoing professional development.
You will deliver person‑centred care, help create care plans, support new staff, and work on safeguarding while progressing toward senior roles such as Lead Care Worker or Supervisor.
