Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council's HOME project seeks a Peer Connector to support young people aged 16–24 through the PATHWAYS TO WORK programme. The role includes weekly 1-2-1 and group sessions to help participants progress into education, training or work.
You will collaborate with local organisations to boost skills and employability, promote wellbeing, and place young people at the heart of practice with a compassionate, authentic approach.
