Sanctuary Personnel Ltd is recruiting an Advanced Practitioner to join the Children in Care (CIC) Team in Barnsley. You will manage a complex caseload, conduct statutory visits, assessments and care planning to secure permanency and positive outcomes for children.
You will collaborate with families, carers and partner agencies, provide supervision and coaching to colleagues, and support service improvement while navigating safeguarding requirements in a demanding social care environment.
