HGV Class 1 Drivers Wanted In Barnsley, S75 for an Immediate Start!

Interaction Recruitment are looking for HGV Class 1 Drivers, HGV Drivers, LGV Class 1 Drivers, LGV Drivers, Class 1 Drivers working ADHOC AFTERS shifts (ongoing work is provided) at our large, national distribution Client in Barnsley, S75.

Our client is one of the biggest names within the HGV industry, with the latest vehicles on the market, which means you get the best HGV experience and a top range vehicle to work with. This Client of ours distributes Ambient Food Goods.

12 Months UK HGV Class 1 Driving Experience Required

Working Hours:

Full time.

Pay Rates – PAYE £16.06 to £21.41 p/h PAYE.

Starting Times: AM / PM / Nights.

Job role:

• Multidrop (3/4)
• Minimal Handball – Mainly bay work
• Monday to Friday available or 5 shifts confirmed if alternative days are preferred

• You should hold a valid HGV 1/C+E Licence.
• No more than 6 points, no DD/DR Code convictions.
• Hold a current valid DCPC & Tacho cards.
• Understand and be able to comply with Driver's hours and WTD legislation.
• Be able to carry out necessary vehicle checks to ensure vehicle safety and report defects correctly.
• Comply with on-site health and safety requirements.
• Excellent communication skills.
