We are recruiting for Counterbalance Drivers to join our team at a leading warehousing and company based in Tankersley, Barnsley. Working on an Afternoon shift Sunday-Thursday 1:30pm-10pm

🔹 The Role – What You’ll Be Doing

As a FLT Counterbalance Driver, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the warehouse.

Duties include:

* Loading and unloading vehicles

* Picking orders and moving stock

* Manual handling and building up pallets ready for distribution

* Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment

MUST HAVE A VALID COUNTERBALANCE LICENSE

🔹 About You

We’re looking for reliable and experienced candidates who:

* Have previous warehouse experience

* Demonstrate strong attention to detail and safety awareness

* Can work independently and as part of a team

🔹 Shift Patterns

* 1:30pm - 10pm Sunday-Thursday 40 hours per week

🔹 Pay Rates as a Counterbalance Driver

* Backs: £12.82 per hour 40 hours per week
