7.5T Delivery Driver

Drivers Direct Recruitment  are looking to recruit a  7.5t delivery driver  as holiday cover for our client in Barnsley for  weeks commencing 14th and 21st September.
Hours of work:
Monday to Friday
0800/0830 starts
Guaranteed 8 hours per day minimum!
Salary:
£14.72 p/h + £1.78 p/h hol pay =  £16.50 p/h
Minimum 8 hours pay per shift.
Paid weekly.

The Role:

Delivery of packaged food supplies to local charity groups.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Carrying out relevant daily vehicle safety checks and reporting as per Operational Procedures.
Ensure all delivery and collections are carried out in accordance with company procedures.
To deliver & collect to customers in a safe and professional manner.
To complete all work related paperwork in full and hand in at the end of the shift.
Essential

Skills:

Must hold a valid  7.5t licence . (Held for 12 months min)
Must hold a valid driver qualification (CPC) card and valid Digital tacho card.
Good communication skills, and customer relations.
Have a safe driving record, with no more than 6 minor penalty points due to insurance stipulations.
No DRs, INs or DDs offence codes due to insurance stipulations
