Were hiring a Transport Supervisor to work onsite at our customer site in Darton, Monday to Friday from 2pm to 10pm, overseeing admin tasks, HGV fleet maintenance, investigations, and QHSE activities ideal candidates will have transport office experience, strong customer service skills.

What youll do on a typical day:

• Update KPI reports and conduct PoD checks
• Monitor PDA systems and handle incoming calls
• Manage service schedules for HGVs, tractor units, and trailers
• Liaise with maintenance providers to ensure compliance
• Conduct vehicle-related investigations
• Support site-level investigations and disciplinary processes
• Contribute to site monitoring and QHSE goals through scorecard participation

What you need to succeed at XPO:
