Warehouse Administrator (Nights)

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Administrator to join our night shift team. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to support our warehouse operation in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Providing administrative support to the warehouse operation during the night shift.

* Accurately processing warehouse documentation and maintaining records.

* Updating and managing data using internal systems.

* Producing reports and ensuring information is entered accurately and on time.

* Supporting the wider warehouse and logistics team with administrative tasks as required.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

* Previous experience in a warehouse administration role.

* Strong IT skills with a high level of competence in Microsoft Excel.

* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.

* The ability to work independently and prioritise tasks in a busy environment.

* Previous experience within a traffic, warehousing, or logistics environment is preferred.

* SAP experience would be an advantage but is not essential.

What We Offer

* Permanent night shift:
Sunday to Thursday, 9:30pm – 6:00am.

* 40-hour working week.

* Competitive salary of £28,986.67 per annum (non-negotiable).
