• Review the preparation work of juniors and provide support and guidance.
• Review client accounts ahead of partner sign-off and assist in preparing materials for client meetings.
• Prepare accounts for more complex clients using accurate and well‑maintained digital records.
• Serve as a primary day‑to‑day contact for clients, respond to routine queries and foster strong, long‑term relationships.
• Manage a portfolio of clients, taking ownership of workflow, work‑in‑progress, billing and overall file management in collaboration with the partner.
• Develop within the role, with clear opportunities for professional growth and career progression.

• A minimum of 2 years accounting experience, ideally gained within an accountancy practice.
• Confident in reviewing accounts accurately and providing guidance and support to junior team members.
• Excellent communication skills, with a professional and client‑centred approach to building strong working relationships.
• A dependable, approachable, team‑orientated person eager to contribute to a collaborative and supportive working environment.
