Meet & Greet Volunteer

As a Meet & Greet volunteer, you’ll play a vital role in creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere for patients, families, and visitors alike. Whether it’s answering questions with a smile or simply offering a reassuring presence, you’ll help people feel at ease from the moment they arrive.

By joining our Meet & Greet team, you’ll help keep things running smoothly at our main reception in Deer Park and make every visitor’s experience a little brighter.

• 9:30 am – 2:30 pm Tuesdays
• 9:30 am – 2:30 pm Thursdays
• 9:30 am – 2:30 pm Fridays

Every volunteer helps us provide outstanding care and support to the community of North Devon, who are impacted by a life‑limiting illness. Your time makes a real difference to patients and their families at their most vulnerable moments.

Complete an online application form and we will contact you after the closing date to arrange a taster session. Two references will be required upon successful application. The closing date for this role is 29 July 2026.
