We are working with a privately owned new build housing developer to recruit a permanent Telehandler for a brand-new residential development in Ilfracombe. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing developer offering long-term, secure employment and continuity of work across future housing schemes.

You will play an important role supporting site operations, assisting trades, moving materials safely around site, and helping maintain a clean and organised working environment. There will also be the requirement to carry out general labouring duties when you are not operating the Telehandler.

• Operate the telehandler safely and efficiently across site
• Move materials and support timber frame installation teams
• Assist with deliveries and site logistics
• Support trades and site management with general labouring duties
• Maintain site cleanliness and safety standards
• Carry out daily machine checks and report defects

• Previous experience operating a Telehandler on construction sites is essential
• NPORS or CPCS Telehandler ticket
• Positive attitude and willingness to assist across site operations
• Reliable and hard‑working approach

• £36,000 - permanent PAYE role
