Overview
A Site Manager is sought by an existing client of Sphere Solutions to start immediately. The client is a large Main Contractor delivering a £15M new build Maritime Innovation Centre.
Responsibilities- Oversee site activities on the Maritime Innovation Centre project, with emphasis on internal packages (internals and finishing).
- Coordinate subcontractors, monitor progress, and ensure programme adherence.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety, quality standards, and site documentation.
- Extensive experience within internals and finishing.
- Valid SMSTS.
- CSCS.
- First Aid certification.
