Customer Service Specialist – Engineering – £32,000 to £36,000 + Bonus and Benefits

Melbreck Technical are working with a leading designer and manufacturer of specialist equipment, based in North Devon in Ilfracombe.

• Manage ticket process to support on time delivery of customer orders.
• Liaise with stakeholders and communicate all relevant activities related to managed accounts; elevate as required.
• Ensure strategic orders & travel packs are processed, and orders acknowledged quickly.
• Monitor strategic order progress and communicate to stakeholders.
• Provide reports on strategic order progress.
• Actively look for ways in which service to strategic accounts can be improved.

• Hours:
  
  Monday to Thursday 8am to 4.30pm and Fridays 8am-2pm
• Salary: up to £36k
• Benefits: 10% Bonus, Health Plan, excellent pension contribution
