What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll play a key role in shaping exciting learning experiences, including:

  • Delivering engaging, high-quality teaching across Creative Media
  • Inspiring and supporting learners to achieve their best
  • Designing creative lessons, resources, and assessments
  • Contributing to innovative curriculum development
  • Supporting student trips, projects, and real-world experiences
  • Taking part in events like open days, parents’ evenings, and showcases
  • Collaborating with colleagues and industry partners to keep things fresh and relevant

You’ll also help drive quality, contribute to course development, and support the college’s reputation as a hub for creativity.

What We’re Looking For

We want someone who is:

  • Qualified at degree level (teaching qualification essential or willingness to work towards one)
  • Experienced in teaching or working within creative/media industries and creative, innovative, and full of ideas
  • A natural communicator who can inspire and motivate learners
  • Organised and adaptable, with strong admin skills
