• Support and motivate students to achieve their very best

• Provide academic, pastoral, and personal support

• Work collaboratively with colleagues and industry partners
• Get involved in student recruitment and events

We’re seeking someone who is:

• Passionate about teaching and learner success
• A confident communicator with great organisational skills
• Able to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
• A strong team player who thrives on collaboration
• Teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one)
• Experience working with learners or trainees
• Knowledge of safeguarding
• English, Maths, and ICT at Level 2
