We’re on the lookout for a passionate, empathetic, and dynamic Counselling Teacher to join our Health & Social Care team, If you love helping people grow, thrive on meaningful conversations, and can make theory come alive in the classroom, this could be your perfect role.

What you’ll be doing
  • Deliver engaging and thought-provoking counselling lessons
  • Design creative lesson plans that bring learning to life
  • Use digital tools and innovative methods to inspire students
  • Track progress, assess work, and celebrate achievements
  • Support learners both academically and personally
  • Help students build confidence, skills, and career pathways
  • Get involved in open days, events, and community activities

You’ll also play a key role in shaping high-quality counselling programmes aligned to CPCAB standards and continuously improving the student experience.
