Milk Education are recruiting a Behaviour Support Assistant to work within a supportive primary school in Merton, helping pupils who require additional behavioural and emotional support.

This role is ideal for someone who is calm, resilient and passionate about making a positive impact on children’s lives.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils with behavioural, emotional and social needs.
• Build positive relationships to encourage engagement in learning.
• Work alongside teachers and the SEND team.
• Implement behaviour strategies consistently.
• Promote a safe and inclusive learning environment.

We Are Looking For

• Experience working with children or young people.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A patient and proactive approach.
• Experience supporting behaviour is advantageous.
• A genuine passion for education.
