You will be based within our growing Post 16 provision, Pathfinder College, supporting students with ASD as they prepare for adulthood and the world of work. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a developing sixth form in its early stages, working alongside a dedicated team in a purpose-built environment designed to meet learners’ needs. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in helping students access a broad, vocationally focused curriculum and develop the independence and confidence needed for their next steps.
Responsibilities- Support students with learning difficulties, including those with ASD, in accessing a broad, vocationally focused curriculum and developing independence and confidence for their next steps.
- Work within the Post 16 provision, Pathfinder College, in a purpose-built environment designed to meet learners’ needs.
- Collaborate with a dedicated team to enable students to prepare for adulthood and the world of work.
