The RoleAs a Supply Teacher, you'll deliver pre-planned lessons across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, ensuring pupils receive engaging, high-quality learning in the absence of their class teacher. Roles range from day-to-day cover to short-term placements, providing flexibility to choose a pattern that fits your lifestyle. Whether you want to work one day a week or five, we will help you find the right opportunities.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Delivering pre-prepared lessons across a variety of year groups.
- Creating a positive and engaging learning environment.
- Managing classroom behaviour effectively and maintaining high expectations.
- Following school policies and safeguarding procedures.
- Providing clear handover notes at the end of the day.
- Building positive relationships with pupils and school staff.
No planning or marking is required for the majority of our daily supply bookings, allowing you to focus on teaching.
