Passionate about ensuring young people have access to fantastic sports courses? Do you have the leadership skills to inspire a team and the vision to build an outstanding curriculum? We’ve got the job for you!.

This isn’t just another management role. As Curriculum Area Manager you’ll be front and centre in shaping the curriculum for our Academic, Sport and Adventure Facutly.

You’ll work closely with teaching staff, learning assistants and support staff to ensure an outstanding learner experience. You will carry out formative observations, support with learning walks and ensure all staff have access to the right resources.

What you’ll bring

  • Recent teaching and tutoring experience in sports-based courses.
  • Experience leading and delivering curriculum provision.
  • An enthusiasm for leading and managing teams.
  • A relevant degree and teaching qualification.
