Are you passionate about supporting young people to achieve their potential?

We are looking for two enthusiastic and proactive Job Coaches to join our Inclusion, Work & Independence team. This is a rewarding opportunity to support learners with additional needs as they prepare for, access and sustain meaningful work placements and progress towards employment.

As a Job Coach, you will play a vital role in helping learners develop confidence, independence and workplace skills while building strong partnerships with employers across the local community.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Developing and sourcing work placements with local employers.
  • Supporting learners to prepare for, access and succeed in the workplace.
  • Providing tailored workplace coaching and on-the-job support.
  • Helping learners develop employability, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Supporting CV writing, job applications and interview preparation.
  • Working collaboratively with employers, parents/carers, tutors and external professionals.
  • Monitoring progress, maintaining records and contributing to learner reviews.
  • Supporting travel training and workplace inductions.
About You
  • Has experience working with individuals with additional needs, learning disabilities and/or autism.
  • Holds a full driving licence.
  • Has GCSE Maths and English Grade 4/C or above.
  • Builds positive relationships with a wide range of people.
  • Communicates confidently and effectively.
  • Is organised, resilient and adaptable.
  • Can work independently and as part of a team.
  • Is committed to helping learners achieve greater independence and positive employment outcomes.
