7 Shift Leader

The 24/7 Shift Leader is responsible for all operations outside of the normal shift working hours, including health and safety, quality and production.

This position reports to Glyn Smale, Night Shift Operations Manager, and is part of the Operations Department located in Ilfracombe and will be an on-site role.

• Stringently enforce Cytiva’s Health and Safety policy.
• Ensure that employees are consistently following Cytiva's policies and procedures.
• Be first contact in event of technical issue outside core hours and communicate effectively with all levels throughout the Ilfracombe plant.

• Have proven effective People Management and Leadership skills.
• Must have knowledge and understanding of company policies and procedures.
• Be able to coach and mentor first line supervision.

• CMI Certificate or Diploma in Management or equivalent.
• IOSH or NEBOSH for Health and Safety.

This position is eligible for a remote work arrangement in which you can work remotely from your home. Additional information about this remote work arrangement will be provided by your interview team.
