Shift Engineer

Shift Engineer Day Shift 6 6, 4 on 4 off £48,000  excellent benefits! Based in Birmingham Trevett Services are working with one of the largest and fastest growing Facilities Management providers in the UK. My client is interested in speaking with technically sound electrical/multi-skilled shift engineers to potentially join their team in Birmingham City Centre.

The Role:

As a shift engineer, you will be solely responsible for covering all M&E maintenance, both PPM and reactive across the building. Being client facing is a must as you will be working in a high-end residential building, covering all landlord services. Typical duties include fault-finding, UPS, generators, LV systems control panels, power distribution, lamping, emergency lighting testing/maintenance, AHU & FCU maintenance and much more.

You will be expected to log all works performed and will have do Permits to Work (PTWs) and review RAMS from sub-contractors. Your hours of work will be 4 on 4 off, working from 06:00 18:00. There is no call out rota with this role.

Experience:
