Essential Employment in Barnstaple is seeking a Housing Options Officer to provide frontline housing advice and assistance on a hybrid basis. The role is paid at £30.20 per hour (PAYE) and is offered on a temporary full-time contract.
You will prevent homelessness, assess housing needs by office, telephone and home interviews, and advise clients on Devon Home Choice. You will collaborate with other agencies to maximise housing options for customers.
