NHS's Children and Family Health Devon seeks two Band 6 Senior Mental Health Practitioners to join the Managing Mood, Emotions & Relationships pathway as part of the Enhanced Triage Pilot. 8-month fixed-term roles, hybrid work options considered, locations across the service area.
You will help develop and evaluate a new triage model for timely, needs-led care for children and families, delivering assessments, risk work and care planning in a multidisciplinary setting.
