Active Care Group is recruiting for Support Workers/Healthcare Assistants at our Hothfield Brain Injury Rehabilitation and Neurological Care Centre. The role is on-site with a 37.63-hour FTE schedule, offering a salary of £26,861.71 per annum and a comprehensive benefits package.
You will build meaningful relationships with patients, support rehabilitation, and assist with daily living activities while ensuring safety and dignity. DBS enhancements are required and disability access is supported.
