Strategic Labour & Employee Relations Advisor

Cytiva is seeking a Labour and Employee Relations Advisor to provide employee relations services across the UK and Ireland. The ideal candidate will manage high-volume casework related to disciplinary and grievance issues while ensuring compliance with UK employment law. You must possess a strong understanding of the ACAS Code of Practice and demonstrate excellent communication skills.

This role requires at least 3 years of HR advisory experience and a CIPD Level 5 or 7 qualification. Candidates should be adept at managing complex cases and fostering positive workplace relationships.
