Location: West Down
The Client in the United Kingdom is looking for an HR professional to advise housing managers on a range of HR issues and to support corporate HR leadership and partners. You will deliver HR projects and ensure accurate people data across the Housing service.
You will lead recruitment support, sickness absence handling, employee relations casework, restructures, workforce planning, training needs analysis and development plans, as well as health and wellbeing initiatives and job evaluation.
