North Devon Homes is seeking an experienced Mechanical, Electrical (M&E) and Compliance Manager to lead our landlord compliance function and safeguard the safety of our homes and residents. This is a key leadership role within the Asset Management team, responsible for delivering compliance across gas, electrical, water hygiene, fire safety, asbestos and other statutory work streams.
