Operational Services is seeking to appoint a Supervisor to:

- Provide supervision and technical support to maximise the safety, efficiency and effectiveness of the Waste & Recycling services Be based at Brynsworthy Environment Centre and have experience of dealing diplomatically with a large cross-section of employees and customers Be a Team member with the ability to motivate others to deliver excellent high quality services to our customers U se a variety of IT apps/packages Responsible for carrying out inspections of field and site operations to ensure compliance of operations to safe working practices, to minimise relevant hazards You will be required to carry out appraisals, manage sickness levels, deal with disciplinary issues and general staffing issues Knowledge of waste management & street cleansing operations, along with knowledge of relevant health and safety legislation, desirable.

Full training for every aspect of the post will be provided.
