We are seeking a Division Marketing Manager to lead the Product Management, Channel Management, Application Engineering, and Pricing teams. Your success in this strategic role will be defined by the ability to identify growth opportunities, shape market strategy, and deliver measurable business growth

• Create the market action plan for each of the Strategic Markets and Applications
• Build the Product Roadmap that supports these markets to achieve the revenue and margin expansion expectations
• Align Instrumentation Products Division Europe’s product roadmaps with Global Instrumentation Divisions to ensure best synergies for Parker and the Customers
• Own the Channel and Pricing Strategies that support the target Markets and Applications
• Drive the Gross Margin of the business with the Pricing and Product Management teams
• Ensure the Division Strategic Position is updated to reflect latest trends and the growth programme achieves the desired outcomes
• Ensure IPDE offers best in class customer experience
• Lead and coach the team of Product Managers, Market Development Managers, Application Engineers & Pricing
• Go to daily Genba to build relationships and understand how operations support the growth

• Demonstrable experience in at least two of:
  Product Management, Channel Management, Application Engineering.
• Strong, practical understanding of the Oil & Gas upstream and downstream markets
  , including their applications, customer needs, and market participants.
• A proven and demonstrable track record of delivering profitable growth
  , including the development and implementation of successful commercial or product strategies.
• Strong strategic capability, commercial acumen, and executive presence, with the ability to influence senior internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and translating market insight into clear priorities and effective execution.
• High energy, ambition, resilience, and a desire to grow the business.
• Knowledge of, or experience with,
  small-bore instrumentation products would be advantageous.
