Barnstaple, North Devon | Rotating Shifts | Monday to Friday
Introduction
Acorn by Synergie is actively recruiting Production Operatives to join a busy manufacturing company in the Barnstaple area.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Production Operative, Manufacturing Operative, Factory Operative or Production Worker looking to join a busy production environment in North Devon. The role involves producing and packing products, completing documentation and supporting the smooth running of manufacturing operations.
Hours of Work
Morning
Shift:
Monday to Thursday, 6am-2pm.
Friday, 6am-12pm.
Afternoon
Shift:
Monday to Thursday, 2pm-10pm.
Friday, 12pm-6pm.
Key Duties
Work effectively as part of a production team to ensure all delivery priorities are achieved within deadlines.
Produce and pack a complete range of products in line with Quality Control, Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) standards.
Complete all production documentation to a high standard through to sign-off.
Clean, maintain and prepare your own work area and equipment.
Replenish stock and supplies to support the smooth running of manufacturing operations.
Support other production areas as required.
Requirements
Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
Analytical and methodical approach with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to work confidently with technical and numerical information.
Good IT skills with the ability to quickly learn new systems.
Proactive, professional, reliable and respectful approach to work.
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic mechanical engineering skills, experience or aptitude.
Good level of general health and wellbeing.
Ability to work in an enclosed, indoor manufacturing environment.
