We're looking for a Senior Benign Urology Nurse Specialist with a minimum of 2 years’ urological experience to join our growing team as we redesign care pathways, strengthen nurse-led services and deliver innovative, patient-centred care closer to home.

In this role you’ll further develop your specialist skills, delivering nurse-led care as an autonomous practitioner while working as a valued member of a multidisciplinary team. You'll support patients and their families, making a real difference at every stage.

This role provides specialist urology care to patients with a variety of bladder dysfunction bladder outlet obstruction from diagnosis through treatment and beyond. You will run nurse-led clinics such as One stop LUTS, TWOC, bladder treatments, recurrent UTI, Functional urology issues, nephrosotomy care and Intermittent self catheterisation teaching to name but a few. You will participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, arrange and provide diagnostic tests and investigations to support timely, effective care.

You will be actively involved in Audit and service development

You will coordinate care across services, making referrals to appropriate support networks and managing treatment-related side effects and ongoing patient needs, ensuring patients receive holistic, patient-centred care at every stage of their pathway.

You'll also use research, clinical evidence and emerging best practice to help inform treatment discussions and enhance patient care.
