Assistant Manager

Hours per Week:39 hours

Shift pattern:Full-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, we can discuss this further at interview.

Contract: 6-month fixed-term maternity cover until September 2026. Following this, the role will transition into an permanent Assistant Manager Designate position. In this capacity, you will be required to support local stores as needed and be willing to travel to a variety of stores within a one-hour radius of your base location until permanently appointed to a store.

Salary:Up to £30,450 per annum

As an Assistant Store Manager, you’ll work alongside the Store Manager to:

• Recruit, inspire & motivate a passionate team to exceed targets.
• Drive sales through promotions, excellent merchandising, and stock control.
• Create a fun, engaging environment for both customers and colleagues.
• Ensure operational excellence, including audits, budgets, and stock management.

• Retail leadership experience
• Passion for customer service & sales.
• A results-driven mindset with a love for hitting targets.
• Willingness to carry out piercing services for our customers – with full training provided (Optional)
